Buttons not fully functional after screen replacement they work interm

Intermittently, I had a damaged screen with dread spots so I doing a screen kit with frame for my Moto g 5g 2024, the repair went ok , my first one. But I did encounter a few difficulties, that said said after walking away for a while and converting back, and taking my time I got it all the way back together, almost! The power button popped out of the mid frame at some point was a son of a ##&&% to get back in that s #1 . Next is the bottom flex wouldn't stay in place, it said to use adhesive all I had was eye lash adhesive called ghost bond I found it figured I'd it hold eyelashes it should hold other stuff to.... It does but is it no good on the sense that it's not allowing conductivity as is necessary for bottom function ? And I'm not 100% sure on where the end of the button flex the part that's square and looks like 4 little squares I could have swore that was stuck to the metal under the board according r to AI it comments to the mother board but I think it's confusing the power button flex with the bottom ribbon.... Anyway bottom line how do I fix it and who's correct me it AI? Thank you in advance for any professional insight and advice/instructions on how to address this... The good news is the rest of the phone works great ....lol
