Lower microphone in iPhone 14 Pro is not working

I am trying to ask my question again in a different way.
I cleaned the speaker and microphone of my iPhone 14 Pro using compressed air. Unfortunately, after doing this, the bottom microphone stopped working for phone calls. I have performed all the necessary software tests for troubleshooting and resolving the issue.
The microphone works correctly during video calls. There is also no problem when using a headset. However, it does not work when recording an audio file, and during voice calls, when the phone is held to the ear, the other party cannot hear me.
I could not find anything or any place to take a photo that would be related to this issue.
I would greatly appreciate your help with this matter.

Ich versuche, meine Frage noch einmal auf andere Weise zu stellen.
Ich habe den Lautsprecher und das Mikrofon meines iPhone 14 Pro mit Druckluft gereinigt. Leider funktioniert seitdem das untere Mikrofon für Telefonate nicht mehr. Ich habe alle erforderlichen Softwaretests zur Fehlerbehebung und Lösung des Problems durchgeführt.
Das Mikrofon funktioniert bei Videoanrufen einwandfrei. Auch bei Verwendung eines Headsets gibt es keine Probleme. Allerdings funktioniert es nicht bei der Aufnahme von Audiodateien, und bei Sprachanrufen kann mich mein Gesprächspartner nicht hören, wenn ich das Telefon ans Ohr halte.
Ich konnte nichts finden und auch keinen Ort, an dem ich ein Foto machen könnte, das mit diesem Problem in Zusammenhang steht.
Ich wäre Ihnen für Ihre Hilfe in dieser Angelegenheit sehr dankbar.
