The Sony Cyber-shot DSC-HX90 and the GPS-equipped DSC-HX90V, were released in June 2015. They feature a 30x optical zoom Zeiss lens (24-720mm equivalent) and a 18.2MP BSI-CMOS sensor. They include a pop-up OLED electronic viewfinder and a 180-degree tilting LCD screen.

@hadisayed could be issues with the control switch block or with the flex cable. At this point everything is only a guess. You will need to disassemble your camera and take a look a those parts.

To work on your camera, go to this page Sony Digital Camera DSC-HX90 and DSC-HX90V and under the Documents tab you'll find the service manual. It will show you how to disassemble your camera but lacks the electronic schematics.
