My phone won't boot past the welcome screen.

My phone stopped working. It cycles through 3 welcome screens, but never reaches the lock screen. It doesn't respond to anything other than a 30 second power down. I can hold the power button and then the down volume button to get to the bootlog, but I haven't been able to boot the phone back up. Is there a software fix available?
