Unplug your NuWave appliance and ensure it has not been used within the last 20 minutes so that it is properly cooled down. Following this guide with an appliance that is still hot or powered on may result in injury.
Remove the basket from the NuWave's tray.
After removing the basket, push forward on the handle tab and pull upwards to release the basket from its casing.

Remove the four 10 mm screws connecting the handle to the basket using a Phillips #1 screwdriver.

Remove the four 6 mm screws arranged in a rectangle around the handle using a Phillips #1 screwdriver.
Remove two 12 mm screws just below the previous four using a Phillips #1 screwdriver.
The two 12 mm Phillips #1 screws are in a tight spot and may be tricky to remove.
