The Siemens brewing unit is identical to units of other brands, e.g. Nivona, Bosch, Melitta.

The Siemens EQ 3 is a total (newer) different design . There are some videos (in german), e.g. this one. Using the german word for brewing unit - “Brüheinheit” or “Brühgruppe”, you can find other videos or guides.
