A used iPhone 5S had an original battery showing only 700mAh capacity of the original 1550mAh. Battery needed to be replaced for general usability.

Success! it was a little tricky getting the case open with the suction cup (it had actually popped off at one point) but with steady pressure if eventually opened.
I had some trouble with the second battery adhesive tab as it broke as soon as I pulled on it. I just used an old credit card to pry it out with no heat applied.
The included battery adhesive strips got all stuck together when I tried to install them and so I ended up just using a peice of clear double-sided tape to secure the battery.

Use steady pressure on the suction cup to get the case open.
The battery adhesive is annoying but not that hard to get off.
