Monitor Will Not Power Up
I've tried different outlets, but my monitor still will not turn on.
Power Cord Not Plugged In
Before opening you monitor, make sure that it is plugged into the power outlet and that your outlet is working properly.
Power Button Not Pressed
Press the power button, which is located to the right, below the screen of the monitor. The green light should appear if the monitor is working properly. Damaged Circuit Board
If you have properly turned on the power and made sure that your power outlet is working, and still the monitor will not turn on, then this may be due to your Power Button Circuit Board being damaged. Power But No Display
I made sure that I have power, but I still do not have a display on my monitor screen.
Bad LCD Module
If there is no display on the monitor, then you may need to modify your monitor's settings. You can adjust the settings by pressing the Menu button in front of the monitor. No VGA Connection
If you can see the monitor settings, but you are not able to get an output signal from your computer, then you may have an issue with your VGA input. Make sure that VGA plug is plugged in properly and all of the pins are undamaged. If you still do not get a display on your screen, then you may need to replace the Video Display Board. Display is Discolored
My monitor does not display correct colors.
Incorrect Monitor Settings
Press the "Auto" button in your monitor's menu and it should refresh the settings.
Faulty Video Display Board
If you are experiencing poor color resolution and running the "Auto" adjust in the screen menu does not correct the problem, then there is a chance that your Video Display Board is going out. Please follow this link for steps on replacing the Video Display Board. click here
Monitor Flickers On and Off
My monitor turns on and off.
Bad Power Supply
