If your Diswoe Switch-01 controller will not charge when connected to the Switch, PC, or outlet, follow this troubleshooting guide for possible solutions.
The USB-C Cable Isn't Securely Attached to Power
Check that the USB-C cable is securely connected to the switch and that the power brick is connected to an outlet. If both are securely connected and the controller still does not charge, disconnect the AC adapter from the Switch and the outlet. Let it sit for 30 seconds to reset the connections, then reconnect the AC adapter to the switch and outlet.
The Outlet is Not Functioning
Confirm that the outlet being used works by connecting a different device or using a different outlet.
The Connecting Ports Are Dirty
Sometimes, a charging port or the connections of the cables can get dusty or dirty with debris. Use a cotton swab and isopropyl alcohol to clean them, let them dry, and then retry the connection.
The Console Needs a Reset
Press down and hold the power button on your console for 10-15 seconds to hard reset your console.
Batteries Are Dead
If the battery has been charged and it is not holding a charge for long, it may have come to the end of its lifecycle. You will need to replace the lithium-ion battery. Follow this guide to replace the battery of your Diswoe Switch-01 controller.
