If your Diswoe Switch-01 controller randomly disconnects from your device without warning, follow this troubleshooting guide for possible solutions.
Controller is Out Of Range
There may be too much distance between your controller and your console. Bluetooth devices only work within a certain radius of whatever they are connected to. Reconnect and don't use the controller further than 8 meters from the console or PC.
Wireless Device Interference
Another wireless device with a conflicting signal may interfere with the controller's signal. Try turning off other nearby wireless devices before reconnecting.
Too Many Connected Controllers
Consoles have a limit on how many controllers can be connected. If a new controller is connected and exceeds the limit, an existing controller might disconnect on its own. Be sure to check how many controllers can be connected to your device.
Low Battery
Some Bluetooth devices disconnect automatically if their batteries are running low to conserve power. Recharge your controller and reconnect.
The Battery is Dead
If you've fully charged your batteries and the controller is still not working, try replacing the battery with this guide and then restart the controller.
