MacBook Pro Logic Board Swap...
I have a Mid 2012 2.3GHz Macbook Pro and was wondering if the 2.6 or 2.7GHz Logic Boards would be swapable in the 2.3GHz model that I have?? lol

This is very strange. The 2.3 GHz is a model A1398.
The 2.6 GHz is a model A1286
The 2.7 GHz is a model A1398, So it looks like you can go to the 2,7 but not the 2.6.

2.3 Ghz is a Base model of 15 inch pro without retina screen. see the spec in apple.com

I think I found the 2.7GHz one here will this work?? Doesn't seem like it though but not sure!
That is for a model A1278. Stay with the A1398 model.
