Hi all,
The top LCD on my 3DS is cracked and needs replacing. It looks like a lot of work, I have done some electronics repair before, replaced screen on iPhone 3GS, replaced the battery in an iPhone 4S. What do you guys think, should I give it a go or should I just leave it to the professionals?

Mary Ellen, all a matter of economics and your own comfort level. Since you do seem to have some decent skills, I do not see why you would not try this yourself. Just follow the guides and read through them a couple of times before you start. It looks more tedious than complicated. I think you should go for it:-) Hope this helps, good luck.

Thanks I think I will try it myself, I does loom tedious but I can always put it down and come back to it after I while, thanks.
