What Hardware Part Is The Actual Memory?

I would like to know if you could tell me what part the actual memory is in the Nexus 7 (2012). If you can upload a picture or give a link to a picture that shows the part that would be great! ALSO id like to mention my tablet recently stopped working, I charged it with my phone charger and i guess it just didnt want to turn on anymore, Would the problem with this be the battery or what parts do you think are affected?
