it will not let me see the srceen
i slide it across the floor and then i stepped on it and then the screen still works its just really hard to see whats on it its all blurry so can any one tell me why

maxwell, sure sounds like a broken LCD to me. You may need to look for your specific model and see if there is an LCD out for it.
