Why is there an amber light blinking on and off?
There is an amber light blinking on and off and I can't connect to the internet.

Hi Jada,
The amber light can blink for a number of reasons. The first thing you should do is check to make sure that the Ethernet cable is plugged into the back of both the router and modem. If that isn't the problem, try unplugging the modem for five seconds and plugging it back in to reset it. If all else fails, contact your local internet service provider to see if they're having service outages. For more information, check out the troubleshooting page.
