Front panel edge cracked, how would I replace?

Hey, so recently I've noticed a blue smudge on my screen. I diagnosed burnt pixels, which gives me an excuse to replace the front panel as the edge is cracked (in picture) I would really appreciate a guide on how to do this and where to buy parts. I am more concerned by the edge so prioritize that.
