How do I get a better sound from my speaker?
The sound output is not crisp or clear.

The best way to listen to the HMDX Jam HX-P230 is to listen at medium volume. At maximum volume the speaker is very harsh on the listeners' ears, and at low volume there is audible electronic noise. At medium volume there will be the fewest issues.

My speaker comes on but it is at very low volume and can not be increased, either by the phone or the jam device.
