What if my engine is still in the mower?
All of your pictures show the engine outside of the mower. Do I have to take my engine out in order to make repairs? That seems like a big hassle. :\

Brad Wash, depends on what you are trying to repair. The more involved the repair, the bigger the hassle:-)

Brad, you shouldn't need to remove the engine from the rest of the mower to do any maintenance on the device. The pictures show it removed, but you should be able to do everything with it still attached to the rest of the mower.
