4 Why will my camera not mount properly?
The camera will not slide into a sticky mount and/or screw in to the tripod screw in.

If your camera will not mount properly, it could be because the slots on the side of the mounting piece are stripped, not allowing you to slide in mounting pieces, or the tripod screw-in is stripped. In this case, the easiest solution to either or both of these problems is to replace the mounting piece completely. To do this, follow the mounting piece replacement guide on iFixit located at Contour Roam2 Mounting Piece Replacement.
