Why is my device not turning on?
The screen on my camera is black. When I try to turn it on nothing happens. Please help!

I had the same problem! If you look on the troubleshooting page, you will see how to fix it! I just got mine and the screen was black. I thought it was already broken! Silly me, I didn't know you had to charge it once you get it! This page really helped! Hope this helps!
