1 What do I do if the battery explodes?
After use, the device battery has puffed up like a bag of popcorn, and I am unsure if it can be repaired or will need to be replaced.

Exploding battery is a common problem associated with the device. If you notice bulging in the back of the device indicating the battery has expanded, or the battery has exploded entirely it is necessary to replace the battery for continued use. If its just the battery it can be replace with the mother board. My friend took out the battery an replaced it with a new mother board and battery it works just fine now

Teishka Candelario why would you suggest to replace the motherboard? The device definitely needs a new battery but not sure why you think it would need a motherboard.
