Why is my speaker making a weird noise?
When I try to play music, the speakers make a buzzing noise. It does this both when using an iPod and when using the auxiliary cord. What should I do to fix this?

The most likely cause of this problem is that one of your speakers is blown. You now need to determine which speaker is blown. Play music through the speakers and try to listen to one side at a time to determine if it is the left or right speaker.
If you want to double check that you picked the broken speaker, remove that speaker and play music again. If the sound seems clear, you chose the correct speaker.
