Red led is not on and not turn on

Hello, my problem is that the phone does not turn on.

I was using the phone with low battery, I tried to connect it to the socket but it did not get charge. The red led was off and the icon of battery did not change. When the indicator had 0% the phone turned off and never works again.

I replaced the usb connector multiple times after that but when I connect to the socket the red led does not appears.

After that, I charged the battery with a external charger, but the phone did not turn on.

Is the remplace of the motherboard the only solution?
