Hi,
I am using Dell Inspiron 15 3521 model laptop.
When i am connecting the charger to the laptop,Power is not coming into Charger, and laptop is not switching on.
I tried connecting the charger by removing the Battery also,and the problem is same.
When i am connecting the same charger to the other laptop,it is working fine.
Can you please suggest ,what could be the problem?

paluchururaghava, the very first thing you want to check is the DC jack on your computer. On this model it is a separate module and you may need to replace it. Here is a decent video showing you how to replace it.

From your description, it must be your latop's problem, not charger or battery. I think you'd better go to after sale for help.
PS:It may be moisture.You can connect the charger and wait for a while. Or go to for tech support.
