How to remove stripped screw from screen holes
I have a iPhone 4s with a stripped screw that not allowing me to remove the lcd. I have tried to makeshift a screw to take it out and idk what to use. Any Suggestions?

If you don't have the proper tools to remove a stripped screw, try using a "wide" but thin rubber band and place it over the screw and then push your screwdriver over it and try to remove it this way. The rubber band will usually fill in the stripped areas on the screw and allow you to turn it. Otherwise, you will need to get the proper tools. Also have a look here Stripped Screw Removal iFixit.
