2 Why my device cannot be turned on and cannot charge
My samsung note 2 cannot turn on and cannot charge.I'm facing the problem after i drop the phone.can u please assist me.

Try this : Remove the battery and hold down the power button for 10 sec without battery in it

have done all the needful but my still does not start even though my battery is 100% charged,

Have you tried holding the volume⬆+ home key + power key? This should take you to the bootloader where you can perform a factory reset.
