My phones charger keeps disconnecting from the device when it is plugged in, and sometimes it wont recognize its charging at all. I just bought a new wall adapter but i'm using the old cord.

If your Keon is having difficulty charging, first make sure that the Micro-USB adapter is properly fitted to the device and plugged into a working wall outlet. If your device still is not charging you may need to replace the battery, Lithium-Ion Batters only have a limited number of charge/discharge cycles they can go through before they become unusable.

Bryan Bittner, sounds like a bad charging port. Since your phone is not as common it will be difficult to find a proper port. you'll have to take it apart and unsolder the port from the circuit board. Than comes the hard part, trying to match the port. I'd check with Mouser.com or Digikey.com and see if they can match it.
