The Cube has some parts drop down( sheetmetal, screw ring and screw) when I install the AirPort Card last week.
It just hold the power on in a few seconds to off and restart continuously, it can not enter the OS platform.

I would open it up, and look for any more loose parts, that may be shorting something out, and causing the cube to restart. If this doesn't work, then there is a problem with the power brick, or motherboard/cpu.
Also, try removing the airport card you installed.
