wont turn on lg screen just flashes on and off

was wondering if anyone else has experienced their lg g pad 7.0 (model v410) not turning on when its plugged in the lg screen just flashes on and off and it seems to be a sealed tablet so cant get the cover off to check battery or anything

Dayton, this should be the same as for your tablet. I'd start by checking the battery.
