i just notice that my washer is displaying this code. It locks on its own but lid light doesn't light on. And also my indicator lights are also not lite. Example wash,rinse,spin. Now it does run and wash great. Any suggestion where to begin.

jayeff thks . I was dreading it was that. Your info was indeed helpful.
If you're like me and don't have the time to replace the entire locking mechanism, you can try what worked for me. I hit the power button to get rid of the code and then the start button to try again; the error would pop back up every time and I could hear clicking of the washer trying to lock. I found that pulling up on the lid when the lock is in a clicking in will cause the lid lock light to turn on, and the load will run like normal. Might not be the best long term solution, but since it's still locked after doing this, it seems wasting time opening up the washer might not be needed.
