Hi,
Do you get any indication that your phone is charging when you plug in your charger in and turn the charger ON?
(The battery charge indicator will be in the middle of the screen of the device when it is turned off. (You may need to press the power button to turn on or activate the screen).
If no response you either have a faulty charger, faulty battery or faulty charging circuit in the phone.
If yes, what value of charge is there? If low, allow phone to charge fully, then try to turn on.
If it does not charge you either have a faulty battery or charging circuit in the phone.
