How do I unfreeze my screen?
My screen froze. The touch screen won't respond and the track pad won't move the mouse either.

A frozen screen is the result of the Windows operating system becoming unresponsive. When this happens, hold down the power button down for 30 seconds in order to perform a soft-rest to make sure that the Surface tablet fully powers down.

I'm unable to turn the screen on completly. The only thing that happens is that the product shows the start screen and then breaks down, and shuts itself down. We've tried to fix this problem but it didn't work.
So what are the options we have?

I purchased RCA 10' windows tablet and have NEVER been able to do ANYTHING on it bcuz of it's freezing up so I threw it in the closet!!!! I decided to drag it back out & give another try & low and behold same dang thing!!!!! It's telling me 'pc ran into problem and it's collecting info on errors' then ABSOLUTELY NOTHING HAPPENS!!! I shoulda returned this piece of junk instead of throwing into the closet!!!
