After connecting my speaker to its charger for about an hour, I noticed the speaker failed to charge at all. I checked the port where you plug in the charger as well as the charger itself but I can’t seem to find the source to the problem. If anyone can help me fix this problem, I would be very grateful.

There could be a problem with the charging cable. You might have the incorrect charger. Check to see that it is the correct one. If it is the correct one, try going to the Troubleshooting Page for more possible solutions.
