Hi,
Here is a link which shows how to disassemble a Sony Z1.
To swap the NFC from the old battery to the new battery :
Note: take notice of the alignment of the NFC on the old battery before you remove it from the battery.
The NFC is attached to the battery with adhesive. Just very carefully pull it off from the old battery and make it stick to the new battery with some 3M adhesive sticker. Be careful and make sure of its alignment.
