locked out but I have used correct email and password

I am locked out of my phone. I have correctly entered email and password but it doesn't work. I know it is correct because I can log into my google account on my computer with the same one.

옵션

your data must be on for it to work... if data is off then you need to do a factory reset (result to lost of data thou)
