My Starbucks lights are on but nothing is happening

My Starbucks doesn't show any sign of life. The light is green for water ready. Nothing happens you press the button for making coffee . I can't even here the water boiling. Can you help me out please.

If neither pushing the coffee button or opening the steam knob cause the pump to turn on then you either have an electrical fault or your pump has died. If you have a multimeter it's fairly simple to check to see if the pump is getting voltage or not, but a failed pump is a much more likely culprit.
