Why is my DPM not charging?
When I put my DPM into the docking station there is nothing happening and I am not sure whether the problem is caused by the docking station or the DPM itself.
There should be a USB charging cable included in delivery. To verify the source of your problem you should first plug in that cable. If your device is still not charging the problem is most likely caused by a bad battery which can easily be replaced. You might also want to have a look at the Troubleshooting Page.
In order to get a new battery you simply need to contact the support of Philips.
