Have to enter password everytime I log on to wifi

My Note does not remember the log-in info for our wifi at my office. Every single time I leave the building and return, I get a notification to "Check Connection - open your browser to finish connecting". When I click on it, it takes me to our log-in page (blanks for user name and password). My phone remembers all my other wifi logins. And I've checked with others in the office - they do not have to log in each day.

Can you help??
