Tomasz even though there are no complete guides, this teardown shows you how to get to the LCD.
I realize this is an old question but answered it for completion sake anyway.

Hello ! I got the same problem, (my LCD screen is alright, but the rear glass is broken) the manual is well done, but nothing says where to get the repair pieces, and if it's possible to change only the window without the whole rear case right ? If you found any solutions, I will be glad to have it too :) Thanks a lot !
