I don't know my password
My son added a password on the power up screen and forgot what it is so I'm locked out. How do I get around it? I've try f8 f11 on start up but it goes directly to the password prompt.

I would contact HP support. I've had success with contacting the manufacturer to assist me in removing the password. In browsing the web, I also found this article:
