sewing machine needle wont move up and down
my Montgomery Ward sewing machine #UHT J 1943 wheel turns forward and goes in reverse and locks and turns to thread bobin BUT the needle will not move up and down

Hi, you should check that the ‘stop motion’ knob on the hand-wheel is fully screwed in.
