Dropped in water withough stylus pen in.

I dropped my Note 5 in my dish water a few days ago. I took it out almost immediately. Don't think it was in the water even 5 secs but my stylus pen had fallen out. I took it out of the otter box case immediately, shook my phone zand put it in rice over night. Is been 4 days and I put the phone back in rice the very same day after waiting over night. It won't take a charge either.

I don't know what to do. I can't get another phone for at least 2 weeks. Seems like phones usually stay worthing again once you get a new phone so I'm hosting to save the one I have. Any suggestions?
