Why won't my camera turn on?
Pressing the power button on my Nikon Coolpix L840 camera fails to turn it on..

Check your batteries, they might be out of juice or they might be facing the wrong way. Try using a fresh set of 4 AA batteries and make sure they are facing the way they are supposed to.

I have a brand new out of the box l840 Nikon coolpix will not power on at all before we wrapped it we powered it on and set it up for my son. This morning Christmas morning it will not power on.
