3 beeps and panic (cpu 1 caller) kernel trap

Hi recently my computer has been freezing and the screen will get pixelated and then shut off and it starts beeping 3 times before a pause. I have heard this is a ram issue so i have taken out the ram and put it back in incase it was loose. The problem still happens and is happening more often than it was before. Also when i reboot this picture comes up that is also pixelated so i can not see it all but on the screen it is all black and has a bunch of numbers and code.
