My laptop freezes while playing games for 10 - 15 minutes.
Need help in dissembling my laptop to clean, probably heat sink area and fan.
Can you guide me through this. I have DELL XPS 14 L401X, 5 years old laptop.

Thanks. What is this guy doing in the video at 12:10 and 12:30, why is it needed. If needed where can I buy item used in 12:10?
he used a little piece of copper between the GPU and Headsink with thermal paste. i never remove the thermal Pad .Clean only the surface on CPU and buy new thermal paste . i use arctic silver 5 thermal paste . https://www.arctic.ac/de_en/thermal-pad.... and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hdHMsDXp...

You will need an anti-static mat and wrist strap. Also How to Apply Thermal Paste
