3 Why won’t my curling wand power on when it is plugged in?
When I plug in my curling wand and push the power button it won’t turn on. I need help fixing this.

There are two probable issues that may cause your curling wand to not power on properly. There is a possibility that the power button on your curling wand is faulty, which is addressed in our troubleshooting guide. Once my curling iron wouldn’t heat (after trying several outlets) , I bought a new one (same brand “con air”). I was able to get one set out of it, before it too won’t charge
Tried the reset option listed below. No luck

If your curling iron does not turn on what u want to do is unplug the curling iron and in the box in the wall press reset and then test then plug it in if it doesn't work then try to plug in the curling and then reset and test if this doesn't work then you may want to maybe ask a beauty supplie store or were u got it from

Why does my foxybae curling iron say off even when I try to turn it on
probably because you havent unplugged it, then go and hunt fora box in the wall or maybe just a box? Dont think it matters what box as it doesnt specify but must have a 'reset' button! when you find box in wall, or maybe not in wall. pick up curling tongs and try to plug into box in wall, or maybe not in wall? Ah! Did i mention box in wall or not, should have a socket in it somewhere because you will have to plug it into this box in the wall or not. When you've found the socket, after you've found this 'box' in the wall or not? oh! plus a reset button as well! No reset button then you are wasting your time!!!!.....................Yep me also! just take it back to lidl, aldi or netto or wherever and tell them their tongs are shite! (best get your refund first though)
