Anurag Shukla download the service manual from here. Page 55 will tell you how to replace it. The part number for your LCD will depend on if you have a camera or not. With camera the part number is 462456-001 and without 454934-001 Both screens are readily available at multiple places online. It will depend on your location etc. where you are going to buy it from.
