Magellan GPS 2I36T not working correctly

my magellan 2136t, turns on ok, touch screen is ok, but it doesn't want to work, no matter what i do, it won't move. i have three of them and only having problems with this one.

it only gives wriiten direcctions, but the map doesn't move
