Why after a while my computer makes a humming/buzzing noise

Everytime I use my laptop it will start to hum/buzz. It could range from 10 min of use to 40 min of use. Then when I put it in a certain position it will stop, but when I put back to the original position it will start again.

Hi, Can you pinpoint where the noise is coming from? Can you feel any vibrations if you lightly touch it anywhere? Does it stop if you apply gentle pressure at any point? Have you tried muting the speakers if you are using them at the time?
