My Emerson Em744 won't seem to charge. I plug the charger in but nothing happens. Can you help me with this?

Try using a different outlet or charger to attempt to recharge the battery. Make sure the outlet works properly by plugging another electronic device into it. If the device still does not recharge, Try replacing the battery. If the problem still persists, you may need to replace the charging port itself.
